The Mayor of Malaga, MR. FRANCISCO DE LA TORRE, has been awarded for his outstanding management in the modernization, sustainability and connectivity of the city of Malaga, positioning it as a European benchmark in urban development. Thanks to his initiatives, Malaga has become a model of a dynamic and competitive city, improving the quality of life of both its residents and visitors.
The 5th Edition of the Zaballos Foundation Awards reaffirmed its prestige, bringing together leading figures from politics, journalism and civil society. The Zaballos Foundation is known for its firm commitment to the protection of constitutional rights.
The ceremony was attended by the Infanta Elena de Borbón y Grecia.
